    Summary
these are the worst pictures i have ever received. the digital pics have been printed previously with no problem from shutterfly.com . and cvs. this product from clark was too dark, blurry, yellow, thin paper and stickey. not to mention there was 4x6 and 3x5 mixed together. what is that about? pics of my kids look like they are sick ( yellow). i guess you get what you pay for but when it comes to memories why save 2 bucks?

    Summary
Great for slides, never a mistake!

    Strengths
I've been using Clark for slide film processing, both e-6 type and k-14.
They have never had any problems at all.
They used to return the e-6 type in plastic frames, while the k-14 arrived in cardboard with Kodak markings. Lately all the slide film comes back in cardboard and Kodak livery.
True, the cardboard mounts require you to keep a can of air around to blow the dust away, but I do that with plastic mounts too.
It is my belief, but I can't prove it, that Clark is sending all it's slide film to Dwaynes to be processed, as they are the only place on earth that will still do k-14.

    Weaknesses
One must do a little digging to find the price for slide developing, and as usual, one cannot get slides scanned and put online or onto a CD, but they do this for print film.
The included invoice slip that comes with the mailers makes no mention of slide processing, but the website does.
Negatives come back un-sleeved, just in a little folder.

    Similar Products Used
Costco (also excellent- also sends to Dwaynes)

    Customer Service
Never had a problem, I overpaid once and they sent a cupon.

    Price Paid
    $3.00 at Clark Color Labs

    Summary
Clark Color Lab is not a site that you should use. I am not angry because after receiving a recommendation to use them I came here to find out the real deal and as far as sending digital photos to have printed, Clark Color Labs does not have very good reviews therefore what I did was take the free shipping for the first 25 photos (and only ordered 25 photos) and only had to pay $2.75 just to see how well my photos would come out. Well... They did not come out very well. All of the pictures were cut off at the bottom and a lot of them were blurry. So I contacted Clark Color Labs and they told me that they printed the pictures exactly how they were digitally sent to them (so it was my computers fault for getting all of the pictures chopped off at the bottom) and that a refund would be given if I sent the pictures back (I would have to pay the shipping) then they would give me my money back. Well shipping them back would be about $3.50 so I opted to keep the pictures ( not to mention that $2.75 isn't enough to get too bothered over anyways) but the customer service was terrible. Therefore I would not recommend this company for people to get pictures from.

    Strengths
Sent Pictures promptly. None of the pictures were bent.

    Weaknesses
all my picuters were were not the complete picture

    Similar Products Used

    Customer Service
Was terrible. A Company should NEVER tell the customer that it wasn't their fault.

    Summary
This review regards 35mm slide processing. Clark has processed over 50 rolls of slide film for me during the last 2 years at less than $6 a roll including tax and shipping. No rolls have yet been lost. Once a couple frames on a roll got messed up and they sent me $6 in coupons, 2 rolls of new film, and an apology. I don't think it was thier fault because I had removed and reloaded the fim in the middle of the roll and my camera doesn't do a good job of registering it. The mounts are plastic and are numbered and recently they have also been dated. At about the same time they started dating the slides, the turnaround time slipped from about a week to 2 weeks. I can't attribute any flaws to their processing which appears to be A1. They will send you postage paid envelopes to send in your film. They have labs all over the country and you are instructed to send film to the one nearest you. I use the one in Hampton Park, Md.

    Strengths
    Inexpensive, convenient, good quality.

    Weaknesses
Lead time recently stretched to 2-3 weeks.

    Similar Products Used
A local lab and a drug store chain, until I discovered Clark.

    Customer Service
    Proactive as described above.
