Summary
I've been quite pleased with photoworks for several years until a recently, when I ordered 6 enlargements of the best picture of my daughter ever taken. The negative and prints were sent to another customer, who was kind enough to forward me the package, otherwise I would've lost the only negative.

Strengths
High quality prints. Free postage-paid mailers. Fast service.

Weaknesses
Price for their junky replacement film is included, unless you read fine print, and deduct it, and make a note that you don't want their inferior film that once shattered in my camera.
